About me and my practice

I believe in therapy as a process (not a linear journey) with ups and downs like life itself. As a Humanistic therapist, my role is not to analyse you, diagnose you or give you advice - but to provide you with a space where you can be truly heard, because your story matters.

I will hold hope for both of us that together we can find a way through, so you can feel closer to your authentic self, grow and develop ways to heal yourself.

PGDip, MBACP Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, former NHS counsellor offering face-to-face, online, and telephone sessions in English and Spanish.

Before training as a psychotherapeutic counsellor at the University of Brighton, I worked in corporate communications for different organisations across Europe.

Initial Consultation

Before our first session, you will be sent a self-assessment form so you can tell me more about you and what brings you to therapy. This gives me an idea of what's troubling you and whether I feel I can be of help. I practice ethically and honestly so if I feel there is a better service/support for you than what I offer, I will prioritise that. I genuinely care about you and want you to get the best help available, even if it means not working together.

Fees

Fees per session: £60
Each session lasts 50 minutes and it is payable in advance or by the end of the session by bank transfer.
